To Do
This is a common question! So that we can give you the most accurate quote, please provide as much detail as possible to our sales team. This might typically include:
• Street access
• Size of your property
• An inventory list
• The distance between locations
• Height clearances of your driveway or car park
• Special items which require extra attention
• or any other relevant information
The more information you can provide, the better we can give you the best quote and specially customised moving plan.
For the packing process, please use:
• proper packing tape,
• regular moving boxes in various sizes,
• packaging paper and bubble wrap.
This will ensure your goods are kept safe and sound. We can provide these materials if needed. Just ask our sales team!
Please use:
• Medium-sized boxes for books and small boxes for kitchen and fragile items.
• For fragile items it is a good idea to protect each item individually with packing paper and not leave them loose inside the boxes.
• Save the large boxes for bed sheets and pillows or any other light items.
Remember to label all your boxes accordingly e.g. “kitchen,” “bedroom” etc. and please do not overload the boxes, as this can delay the move.
When getting your quote, just let our sales team know which items are fragile and/or valuable so that we can make the right arrangements.
Please also inform the team leader on the day of the move.
All our trucks are also equipped with blankets and shrink wrap, or bubble wrap if requested.
This prevents your delicate items from getting dirty and protects your fragile and/or valuable items from damage.
Nobody likes hidden costs and we understand that concern.
Our final quote contain no hidden fees.
We will let you know in advance of any extra costs if your move has special requirements.

There are few things that you can do to reduce costs. If you are able to help us help you, we really appreciate it.
Here are some tips for a smooth, stress-free move:
• If possible, please save a spot for the truck prior to the move. Long ways back and forth is a big reason to increase the moving time.
• Please dismantle any large items in advance where possible, e.g. beds, couches, baby cots, tables, desks etc. We can assist, if required.
• Try to organise and pack your items by similar type and use appropriately sized boxes. Boxes can be provided upon request. Using the right packing boxes speeds up the process and brings efficiency to the move.
• Keep all walkways clear.
• Disconnect all your white goods in advance, except for your fridge as this can cause it to leak.
• Ask our sales team if you required any packing materials, we are ready to help!
We support you in every step of your move, this includes:
• Packing and unpacking with the right protection for your goods as well as the best organisation so that no time is lost on the day or if you decide to unpack yourself (unpacking service is optional).
• Free packing material delivery.
• Customised moving plans to suit your needs, including truck capacity and numbers of removalists.
Storage facilities:
• Do you need to move but don’t have a destination yet, or don’t want to move all your goods into your new residence?
• No problem!
• Take advantage of our high security modern storage facilities with various sizes available.
• Ask one of our representatives to learn more about our storage facilities.
Accidents can sometimes happen and we want to give you peace of mind in the event of any damage caused by an accident.
